Convince my parents to let me get a cellphone? (at least 10 things)?

I'm trying to convince my parents to let me get a cellphone but I need reasons, things to say that will do the trick. I already have :

-emergency
-i'll pay
-i'll use it responsibly
-it won't interfere with school
-i'll do more chores
-i'll get better grades
-you can reach me anytime

i need more. if possible, give ten other things I could say.
