convince her mom to let her wear a push-up bra?

My friend Vanessa really wants a push-up bra for some reason.. she said it's cause shes flat-ish, and she just wants a little bit of cleavage. I told her that if it's cause she wants attention from guys she should just be herself, but anyways she knows that I go on this website and she asked me if I could ask a question, asking you guys how she could convince her mom to let her wear a push-up bra?
