Convert Morpheus file to a format compatible with Photoshop Elements 7.0?

I used Morpheus Photo Mixer to create a picture but now I need to open it in Photoshop but it's the wrong type of file. How do I convert it to a compatible type?
 
If it's the wrong type of file it won't open in Photoshop Elements. Open it with the software you created it with, see if you can save it in a common image format like tif or jpeg. These should open in Photoshop Elements.
