Convert large flv file to avi for free on a mac?

Hello! I have a very large (Over two hours) .flv file that I would like to convert to an avi. However, all of the online conversion sites I've found only allow a 5 minute time limit. The only way I can covert more is if I buy the program. Since I don't want to do that, is there a website I can covert large flv files to avi for free?
 
You can try "Any Video Converter (that's the name of the program) Free for Mac." Can't tell you how good it is because I don't have a Mac.
