Conventions: Anime, Cosplay, Manga, Oh my!

:lmao: No I did not DDR! You know how bad I am at that. :heaRABlap:

Oh, I'm not really brave. I just really wanted to take a picture with either a Wolfwood or a Vash. Since people were coming up to me, I thought I should be able to come up to them too. I didn't go up to Wolfwood becaues he had his girlfriend with him and I didn't want her to get the wrong idea. Then, I saw Vash and I decided to ask him.

Me too. He was awesome but I could tell he was tired. That box looked heavy.

Last year this guy was dressed as a Macross Valkyrie, he did not look like he was having a good time in that suit.

 Cute! And that's brave of you because I would never go up to some stranger who cosplays pretty good and ask him to take a picture with me

Well, if there's a Kawaii-kon (as they call it) this coming April, I'll try to go there.

Did you play DDR while you were at MangaNext?

I went to AnimeNext and I brought back pictures. I stood in a really long line, but at the end, I got pictures and autographs from American voice actors. :woot: :yay: :woot:

The person that is signing my paper is Colleen Clinkenbeard. She does the voices of Rose and Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist.

The person next to her is Laura Bailey. She does the voice of Lust in Fullmetal Alchemist and she also does Tohru in Fruits Basket and Marlene in Blue Gender.

That is Caitlin Glass. She does the voice of Winry in Fullmetal Alchemist and Triela in Gunslinger Girl.
The person next to her is my dorky self.

That is Vic Mignogna. He plays Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist. He also did Dark in DNAngel, Kurz in Full Metal Panic, Tatsu in Peacemaker and lots of others. :D

Those are the autographs. :woot: :yay: :woot:

Me too. I like going to panels but they take up so much time from looking through all the goodies at the booths. I often get overloaded when I'm there. Too many things catch my eye.

Yeah. I didn't know Wanted was from the graphic novel. It looked so different.

I love going to panels but sometimes I have to miss an event to go see them.

Oh my, indeed! Sadly, there aren't that many legions of fans here in my country. We do have occasional cosplays, but nothing like yours. Maybe you guys can post your cosplay and con pics here! :)

I have noticed more than a few are planning to go. I'm sure I'll run into many of them and not know who they are.

During the LOTR days, I wished I could dress as Arwen when you first see her, riding Asfaloth and wearing that green riding coat. Never got to do it though.
