Controversal Micheal Jackson Photo?

I saw a pic of Michael Jackson on the cover of one of those rag magazines in the grocery store at the checkout. It looked like it was taken when they were taking Michael to the hospital as his eyes were closed and it looked like he was on oxygen. I believe that this is the pic you are hearing about as it was probably taken when Micheal was already dead
 
Ive been hearing of a controversal photo of him.. but have yet to see it.
I cant even understand what the photo is of. Does anyone have the photo or know where i can find it? thanks. 10 points best answer/first correct one.
 
It's the last known one of him alive, he is on a backboard with them working on him. It's really hard to look at, but you can find it on etonline.com just be forewarned it's very graphic.
