This has been obvious to me for a long time. It not only helps with climate change but social problems of all kinds. It's not what we're "really about," there is vast evidence for AGW whether or not you think population control is a good thing.

The climate was worse before the Industrial Revolution. Go check your history from the UK who actually have some of the best kept records from that time period. Don't subscribe to these fear mongers and environmental alarmists.
