Has anyone been able to contact anybody at cricket via the 611#? For the past week or so, I have had no luck, just the "Everyone is busy but our automated system can help" message. I will try throughout different hours in the day, but I cant even get on hold... If you could, please try and see if you can get past the point I have. Im wondering if they are routing calls to call centers based on the location that we call from, and maby there is a problem xfering the calls...

Wow.. Where are you calling from? I just tried again, with same options, and i get send right back to the begining of the menu system...

one of our overseas call centers was completely obliterated in a large earthquake, the company is working as quickly as possible to restore the customer service system

Still today (The 12th of Jan) I have been unsuccessful in contacting customer service or tech support for the past few weeks. Im in the Austin area... Just want potential new customers to be aware that you can not call support if you are here in Texas...

:(

call from your house phone.........1800 cricket... some of the new phones have a problem where you cant contact 611 or travel time or something like that... but yea try the 1800 nuraber that should work

?? he is not have problems reaching the ivr, he cannot get connected to an operator, so i don't think that's the problem.
op: is you account hotlined or suspended? cricket may redirect your call to a different IVR if that is the case. Also, it is my understanding that most of the newer markets have a local customer care nuraber that the dealers have. you can try to get that from a dealer, or from a direct store.

No problems with the account, I thought that may have had something to do with it.. Ive tried calling the 800 nuraber from my home phone also. I am trying these two corabonations to try and speek with someone: (3, then 4) and (2, then 3). It then goes directly to the message that says All Reps are currently busy, and senRAB me back through the menu system. A prev post mentioned a call center getting destroied, so maby they route calls based on the # that you enter when you call the 800#. Im in the Austin, tx area if this helps...

My friend had the same problem could not get a CS rep on his phone or a landline to 1-800. My phone got thru no problem, so I called from my phone and when the rep came on he just told her that he was using my phone, gave her his nuraber and was able to take care of his problem. I think you are correct in that the calls are routed base on the phone nuraber entered. I'm in Phoenix, AZ so it is not isolated to one market.
