For the past several days, I have had problems making and receiving calls. I call support and they have to "Refresh" my account. After they do that, my phone works again! No idea why, and they have submited trouble tickets but nothing has improved yet. Anyway, today JAN 2nd 2007 I have been trying to call cricket all day to get them to refresh my account because I can not make or receive calls but when i call and press the options for Tech Support, I get the message (All support representitives are currently busy assisting other customers, our automated system is designed to assist you...) And I can not reach a person to have them refresh my account. I have also tried the options for customer service and get the same message... Can anyone get throught to a person today??? Please let me know....

if you get that message odRAB are that you are calling at a peak time. sometimes the ivr will put you on hold, sometimes it says to call back. if it says to call back try calling at a non peak time and you should get through. i believe that this weekend there was a weather condition in dever and some employees at the call center are unable to get to work.
 
Well, it says to call back... but I started trying at like 9:00am this morning, and now it is 8:30pm. Just wanted to make sure people reading this forum are aware of the issues going on with this service provider...
