...Weight? I consumed 1200 calories todayy and burned off the meal which had the most calories in it, Mcdonalds and that was around 700 calories, at the Gym. If I keep up a diet where I eat what I want and burn off the meal with the most calories, will I lose weight? I consume around 900-1200 calories per day. Is it healthy to lose weight this way? I'm 5ft 4in and weigh 117 pounds. I want to lose like 6 or 7 pounds..
