Hi, I took this direct TV service from Direct TV. The agent with whom I talked offered me that it will be $45.99 each month. He also told for 1st month or months we will do installation adjustment and bill be higher.
We didn't notice bill for 5-6 months, and when we checked it they were charging us $65.99 each month.
When I called them they told that we didn't fill rebate for $20 each month, for that reason you have to pay $65.99 each month. But no one told me about this rebate thing.
Is there any way I can go to consumer court or file a report against them.
