Hi, I am a 21 year old male from the UK. I'm sorry for the length of this post, but I would really appreciate any help at all.
In August, I started getting headaches. I've never had headaches for more than a few days before, so I was worried when I was getting them every day, and it lasted for more than 2 weeks.
I saw a doctor and she told me that they were just tension headaches. But over the next few months I was worried that it was something bad like a brain tumour. I also started feeling dizzy occasionally, and had constant neck pains.
At the beginning of October I started getting stomach pains, along with nausea. I had green stools and diarrhea. I saw a Doctor who said I had some kind of stomach flu, and gave me some antibiotics. I felt a bit better for a few days, and since then had no green stools and not much diarrhea, but I still have stomach pains and constant nausea.
I saw my Doctor and he gave me some Omeprazole and Domperidone, which has made the stomach pains mostly go away, but I'm still constantly nauseous. I also told my doctor that I was worried that I had a brain tumour and asked for an MRI. The MRI showed that I had no tumours or anything.
Over the last two weeks my dizziness has got worse, I've also started getting ear aches. I feel weak (it's hard to type with my left hand sometimes because it feels so weak), tired all of the time, and constantly nauseous. I've never actually vomited though.
I wake up feeling nauseous, sometimes it subsides a little, but then becomes worse.
This and the dizziness is really ruining my life. I feel like I can't do anything because I just start feeling worse if I do.
My doctor just thinks that I have migraines which are causing my stomach pains, or that maybe it's related to my anxiety issues, but I don't think so at all. I've never had anything like this before, and now it seems like my physical health is just constantly getting worse..
I've also started getting dull pains in my groin, I think in my testicles, but I'm not sure if this is related.
This was a long post, so thank you so much to anyone who read it all. I really appreciate it, and I would appreciate any reply at all.
