I'm new here,
I'm curious because I am ALWAYS COLD O_O. There's no relief, unless I take a hot shower, I almost 'thaw out' or it's hot summer weather outside. I asked my Doctor already, I had a complete check-up, it all came back normal, clean Bill of health sort of thing - he said I was one of the healthiest patient's he'd seen in a long time, Blood Sugar & Thyroid were also normal. So, I am VERY baffled over this. It's very uncomfortable as even when I put on long pants, a sweater, socks & 3-4 blankets in my bed, I'm still frozen until I've been in bed for hours. I wear slippers in the house along w/ all that, (minus the blankets), but nothing seems to help. Cold weather makes it worse too.
If anyone knows what this could be or has it too, maybe it would help. Please don't say Thyroid or Low-Blood-Sugar as like I said, I had it checked, they're all normal. I also walk a lot & eat a healthy natural diet & drink water. Very odd...thanks for any help :-/.
