Always get a headache, stomach pains are sharp and intense at the abdominal section, also pains in the lower stomach section. Bad smelling urine, and sometime hurts and urinary tract infection what is this im 18 years old and have these problems almost everyday.
 
Most of these symptoms are considered vague and could be attributed to almost anything. A good starting point would be to go to your doc, tell him what's going on, and ask for a urinalysis and basic bloodwork (CBC, CMP) for starters. These tests are cheap, quick to do, and will tell you a ton of information and cover a broad spectrum of problems.
