We just bought a van on Saturday evening, full in cash. Unfortunetly the van stop running Sunday. Today is Monday The dealership is not open Sunday. We want to get our money back? Is it possible to get the money back. One of the guys mentions a consignment. There was never a consignment contract made and signed. Although there is a sale of bill made out, it mentions State law requires that this vehicle will be fit for the ordinary purposes for which the vehicle is used for fifteen (15) days or five hundred (500) miles after the delivery, whichever is earlier.
