...in the U.S. military. Thoughts? How do you feel about this? Do you care? Do you think it's relevant?
People, I'm not saying you should care. I'm not even American, so I couldn't care less. I just know a lot of Conservative Americans are quite... suspicious of Muslims. Just want to get your opinions.
g239b - I like Muslims. I have very close Muslim friends. And I'm not from the North American continent.

Listen people, I am only asking this because I have seen so many self-proclaimed American conservatives on here saying that Muslims should not be allowed to fly in planes and other extreme things like that. I just wanted to know how these people felt about having a significant number of Muslims in their military.
 
It's a free and non-discriminatory country, per the Constitution. My question is whether YOUR "thought" is that conservatives always want to discriminate and deny constitutionally guaranteed rights.
 
All Muslims aren't the problem. Only those who have taken liberalism a step further and want to PHYSICALLY kill everyone who doesn't agree with them.

You're going to get different opinions here, and you will see it is not along political lines.

What's a bit odd about your question is that you claim it is esitmated. Why would they have to estimate something that is recorded in each military member's SRB (record book).

Myself as a Conservative could care less what religion someone practices. I believe in freedom of religion. Do you?
I do however believe that we need to be more proactive as far as dealing with "troubled" individuals, whoever they may be and not be afraid to do so because of the Liberal idea of political correctness.
PC caused the deaths of several military members at Ft. Hood. Do you like how that feels?

If this struck you as interesting, you are at least debating whether or not they should be there. To the part of you that may be arguing they should not be there, how do you feel about Muslims in the US, on the North American Continent or the world in general? How do you feel about them? Thoughts?
 
I've met a few.

A retard in boot camp who probably didn't survive, and a technician from Lebanon we used to take with us on tours because he spoke Arabic.

50% good men, 50% casualties, by my experience.

I can live with that.
 
One way or another Gods in control, so no worries. What the Bible says is going to happen is inevitable, so why fight it. Sure I agree that it's disturbing but if Gods in control why let it eat you up.
