Connecting more than 2 receivers

Sorry about reposting if the answer is already in the forum,

I recently got a new receiver and the salesman sold me a 4 way multiswitch (2 in , 4 out), however i have 2 sat 82 lines and 2 sat 92 lines. the customer service just to plug one 82 and one 91, but it's not working and told me that my dish isn't well aligned -_-, I know it's well aligned because it works well without the multiswitch.

Is the multiswitch not working or its the wrong multiswitch?

You need 4 inputs (2 from each LNB - 1 for each satellite), so you need an SW44 (or a pair of SW21's - but I'd go for the SW44).
 
dosborne is correct, SW44 is what you need.

Take it back and tell them you want the correct unit this time.

I am guessing you have an HD unit which is why you need the SW44.

If you just got the 9200 you should have got the SW44 with it.......
