Connecting HDMI laptop to non-HD TV with - Microsoft XBox 360 COMPONENT HD AV ?

Could I buy an xbox360 cable and connect my laptop to my non-hi definition television ?? If the laptop only has an HDMI port.. and not an s-video port.
