connect iphone/pod touch to other devices through bluetooth?

Only headsets and other audio type devices to listen.

I have a pair of stereo bluetooth headset I use with my Touch all the time. I also have a bluetooth adapter in my car that I use to play my Touch through the car radio. But I tried connecting my Touch with my cell phone and my computer, but no luck.
