Congress tells us the pro law enforcement crowd..?

has flakey references. Of course that includes the Census and a half dozen federal agencies, State Reports galor, and investment reports galor. But they are considered.... flakey. The President STILL believe there are perhaps 11,000,0000 illegal aliens in this country. I think there are perhaps 30,000,000.

Is everyone flaky except the President and the Congress?
