I don't think so, we'd still have a flawed and divided government system.

I'm not sure what I want. But if we can't raise the debt ceiling in time, which would be an entirely self-inflicted wound (but Congress would actually be acting exactly as it was intended by the Founders), then we need to think of some big changes to our government and everything should be on the table.
