School... Bleh...

For the past year i've been taking tech courses and stuff to be an autobody guy... 3 autobody courses +1 that i'm taking now ... A little shift of attitude over my career choice sent me hurdling back to grade 10 ... Blech...

I now need to take Academic level Math + English (advanced levels) for grade 10, University level for grade 11 and 12 and take a calculus course as well. On top of that I need to get a few more credits to graduate, and like 12 U/M credits to get into the University I want to go to for Anthropology...

I've set up a temporary plan so far... Taking the english in summer school (Not sure if it will be half or full day as its a new course, but I won't be receiving a new credit for it, only an academic credit)... If its half i'll do the same as math and if its full day then i'll use next year as a "catch-up year"

BlechhhhH!!! Does anyone know if there's an age at which they kick you out of high school for being too old, because I don't see myself graduating until i'm at least 19 due to my stupid applied courses.

'Round these parts, they don't kick you out, but send you to a school call Phoenix High. It's more of a tech school that offers high school diplomas to older folks. It's run like a college campus. But you have to go there when you hit 20.

I don't think they have something like that here... possibly offer high school courses at colleges maybe or something to that effect..

Finally my streak of winning the "Screw up Award" ends after 15 years (I'm only 16). Well I suggest you rethink if it's worth it to go back and relearn everything. Also if you have to I suggest learning it online or something, it'll probly be faster (for some people like me). I haven't listened to my math teacher in years and still get good grades because I can learn everything from the text book in about an hour.

I spoke with my counsellor today and she said I could go to college, then get a University transfer course. Sounds good so you can have the screw up award back. :)
