Congestion

Why I am always getting a congestion when trying to make an outgoing phone call in the seattle area.

I cant call anybody on the tmobile network...(from my verizon homeline or my t-mobile cel line....) congestion or the network is busy.

Anybody else experience this...btw: it is snowing pretty heavely...and since november this has happened quite frequently.

(I have 5 bars) data/internet work just fine. )

Any t-mobile phone it doesnt work.
 
Tmobile has a few towers down right now in your area, so this is causing congestion which is what you are experiencing. keep trying eventually you will get through.
