Confusing symptoms

Hi all. I don't know where to put this thread, there are so many :p

Lately, I'm having strange feelings... 'of all sorts', and this is scaring me and I'm nervous all the time due to this.

Let's start with this. During some nights I find it difficult to breath, it's not every night. I sleep facing downwards, with my face looking at the sides, left or right. Not sure of the exact terminology in English. At this point usually I find I wake up in the middle of the night due to lack of breathing, so I wake up and face upwards and it's fine. What do you think about this? What do you think is the cause?

Second... is it normal to wake up with really bad breath. Yes, to be honest sometimes I miss brushing my teeth before going to bed. But even when I do, I still wake up with bad breath. Maybe it's related to lack of breath during sleep time?

More... sometimes I feel dizzy, light headed whatever. I was thinking maybe I'm not have a good diet or something. But I feel tired most of the time. I feel anxious when I'm out, not sure what is the reason. It's more noticeable during an exam, or a meeting or something. Lots of heat makes me feel bad most of the time too, I become dizzy. Even lots of perfumery smell. But some days I feel fine, then I feel the same again. Sometimes I feel like taking a big breath in hold it for a second and breath out again, because I feel like I'm out of breath... not sure how to explain this, but it's not that frequent.

Another thing which I'm scared of is my nose  Yes, because the middle bone (not sure of the right terminology, but it's not a bone it's the thingy which separates one nasal from the other), is like bent. It's not noticeble from the outside, but if you feel the nose you can notice it's like bent to one side. Can this be the cause of dizziness?

... yeah you guessed well. I'm scared of doctors and the family :(

You're scared of the family? I'm confused on this.

Anyways... your first symptoms sound to me like sleep apnea. Do you snore? With sleep apnea people essentially stop breathing while sleeping. The keeps the body from getting a descent amount of oxygen, and not enough rest, leaving them tired during the day. Some people do fully wake up when they stop breathing. Other symptoms can be "fogginess" during the day, mood changes, inability to concentrate, high blood pressure, etc. Some people stop breathing hundreds of times throughout the night. If you're that concerned about it, you may want to consider getting a sleep study done. Its painless! They just hook some electrodes up to you that monitor you heart and all that stuff. Then they may try having you sleep with a mask on the pushes oxygen in.

Morning breath is completely normal. Throughout the night, or during long periods of sleep, your body produces less saliva, and salive is what helps get rid of the bad bacteria. Your tongue also falls to the back of your throat while you sleep. Drinking alcohol or eating before bed can lead to a worse taste in the morning. Its normal. Just try and brush before going to bed, and then when you wake up.

You're other issues dont seem like something to be too concerned about. Everyone gets lightheaded or dizzy at some point. It may be related to not getting a good nights sleep. If you're that concerned though, you need to see a doctor. No one here knows you and can diagnose you. I'm not a huge fan of doctors either, but getting a regular checkup is nothing to be worried about.

Thanks Socrriss18 :) I'm not afraid of the family no... that meant to include the general health system, nurses, hospitals, clinics, dentists etc... :p

Thansk for your post, I will try what you suggested and go to a doctor for a check up :)
