Confused as to whether this is my Financial Aid or not. What is MIDDLE INCOME GRANT

2001-2700? I have financial aid but when I go to accept the award instead of saying FEDERAL PELL GRANT PROGRAM - for summer term it says MIDDLE INCOME GRANT 2001-2700 is this the same or is this something different it doesn't award me the same amount that it usually says it says its a award of $400. This is my first time attending summer classes so I'm a bit confused. Thank you for all the help if you need more information simply state it and I will try my best to supply the info.
