I just called technical support and two technicians confirmed that there have been problems with MMS on the East Coast recently.
Meanwhile, I was told that my incidents with Picture Messaging on my UTStarcom xv6700 will be submitted to another tier of technical support and that I should expect a call back after Cricket engineers have had a chance to research the problem--which I find highly dubious at best.
I have this feeling that I will never get a call back today and that I will have to be the one to call them and re-explain myself all over again.
But until then, the ball is in Cricket's court...
*EDIT: By the way, I let them know I had a non-Cricket-branded hanRABet and which model I was using, and I assured them that both WAP and MMS were both working perfectly, and that WAP continues to work without incident.
