So i was on Stumbleupon a while ago and I ran across this website where you can anonymously rant to someone, or listen to someone. I really want to find it again because its driving me mad that I can't remember what it was. I know this isn't a lot of information, but I don't really remember anything else about it. (it wasnt omegle, or chat roulette) it was specifically for the speaking and confessing of anonymous people to complete strangers. thanks!
