Condition Zero Win 7 64 bit error:No options show up when game starts, only

background is visible? How do i fix this? When i start the game, i get an error, memory less than 15 mb. If i run it in compatibility mode, then the game starts, but only the background screen is visible. I dont get any items on the menu, like play game, start game, options etc.

Please help!
