Concerns with my 2009 Ford Ranger?

I've had some concerns on my new truck.

The "Passenger Airbag Off" light often comes on while I'm driving with my girlfriend in the passenger seat, she is roughly 90 lbs. I figure it's most likely that the truck just isn't registering her because she is too light, as this light does not come on when my heavier friends are sitting there.

Also, my truck has a tendency to make a slight whistle while accelerating between 2,000 and 2,500 rpm. It'll whistle for between .5 and 2 seconds.

Finally, my truck has been dumping white smoke out of the exhaust. I know it is common for a cold engine to dump smoke, but even after hours of driving, with the motor as a decent state of warmth, it continues to blow a very light colored smoke. The truck has 1,600 km, is brand new, so I highly doubt this is the head gasket.

Maybe you guys can make me feel better?
The whistling noise is coming from under the hood, most commonly takes place in second or third gear.

The cat is not broken, there are no signs of a broken cat.
