When everything is normal for me, I have a bowel movement every 3 to 4 days. I can easily hold it in for over a day if I want to, as it goes through these kind of "push cycles", where I'll have to really hold it in for a little while, and then it'll stop pushing, often until the next day. When I do defecate, the size of my feces is annoyingly big. Not only does it cause pain in my anus (and I've noticed that over the past 2 years or so, the pain has been increasing), but it clogs the toilet pretty much every time, and this is a functional toilet. In case it matters, I'm almost 17 years old.
When I'm away from home, it can often take as long as 5 days before anything at all comes out (in some cases, very little at all -- this isn't constipation though, it's simply not having any feces to defecate).
As for diet, I eat fairly balanced. Lots of milk, and cereal in the morning (not high fiber though, but I'm pretty sure it has a decent amount of fiber), and a fairly high amount of meat, and a fair share of vegetables and fruit every day. Not that much junk food, but still some. Not that much exercice, except phys. ed. and going to the gym a couple of times per week.
So, any suggestions? (let me just say right away that it's not something I want to discuss with anybody else around me other than my friends in a fairly joking tone, especially not with my parents -- I KNOW it's natural and everything else, but it's just not something I'm comfortable with)
Any help is appreciated.
