1) It's committing murder, its unconstitutional, people should die naturally, not government-inforced death penalty regardless of the crime.
2) the penalty is grossly inefficient and unworkable, the penalty is arbitrary and capricious, racist, and classist
3) it perniciously enhances and exacerbates the culture of violence and death through state murder
4) The death penalty is extraordinarily expensive, at the great loss and social expense of other much more effective and humane means of law enforcement and crime control.
5) The death penalty is premised upon blood vengeance or revenge, a frustrating and ultimately futile and imploding quest.
