Computer Stops Working While Playing Games . What Should I Do ?

i have a pc and it has :
Intel Core2Duo 3 GHZ procccesor
2 G RAM
GeForce 9500 GT VGA Card
and when i play a game for only 2 min , the computer stops working
some people say that i need a higher power supply as my power supply is 350 Watt
So What should I Do !!!!
