my computer monitor flashes on and off when plugged power to the monitor, for this problem i was sure it was monitor's dysfunction, because I have tried changing a cord, and switch to a different monitor(the new monitor worked), (and the old computer monitor didn't work). The thing that might have caused it might be that i left it overnight without closing the computer, and computer monitor and tower is about 5 years old. I wonder what is the problem with the monitor
