Computer Help?

ok so i was researching and somehow i found a way to get back all of my word documents and powerpoints. BUT what i really need is to get my pictures back how would i do this i tried to upload pics a second ago but then i had to reinstall the program. now ALL of my pics are gone. i really need them how would i get them back.

my dad tried to clean up the computer but then he deleted everything it was like we had just bought a new computer. i found all of my word documents but i NEED these pictures.

oh yeah dont say recycle bin they are NOT there
