Computer dead on Pre-POST booting, but re-start if press "Enter", Why?

computer 2 years old, P4 3.0G CPU, ASUS P4P800SE MB, Radeon Display, RAM Crosrair 2GB,
Computer operated quite normally, until crashed down by XP Antirirus virus, and I killed the machine codes in Registry.
Malfunction as this:
1) start the PC, it is dead on MB logo and CUP logo and one instruction under it:
"press DEL ro run SETUP, Press TAB to display POST BIOS message"
PC died here, but if I press "Enter", the PC re-start and then dead .

2) if press DEL while starting the PC,
it is dead on American Megetrends text:

Entering Setup
.........
Checking NVRAM...

PC died here

PS. PC was completely cleaned, and RAM, HD, Display card, battery all pulled out and re-placed. While starting, there was NO any beep or doo sound!

Please Help.
