I'm 17 senior and going to UCI. The problem now is how I'm going to pay for it. My parents earn 260K/year BUT they refuse to pay for my college education because "we're buried in debt right now: audited, Investments, IRS. etc." Apparently, I didn't qualify for any need based FA. I can't get loans because everybody in my family has bad credit. And I'm not high on merit either: 4.25 GPA, SAT 1530, ACT 24. I'm applying to as many scholarship I can apply to but haven't win anything yet.
Is there any other way for me to get federal Aids???? (like should I move out or what?)
