Completely Lost

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I've read all the faq's and such. I believe I might behind a firewall (not too knowledgeable about this stuff since I've only had it for a day) so if anyone can help me on what to do, I'd greatly appreciate it.

If your running from a business or other ISP sharing group like a school or other public place, you are most likely behind a Firewall. The only way to get any information on that Firewall would be to ask the Network Administrator to find the address and port that it uses (it's something that doesn't get posted like the lunch menu). I'm still trying to figure out what to do with that in Gnotella...
