Complete Newbie at Newsgroups

How do I download .nbz files off of newsgroups? I installed Grabit and I can't DL the files that are posted on this site for some reason. What am I doing wrong?

That would be because you must make a post in those threads your are trying to download from first, maybe a "Thank You" or a comment in response to the NZB post, just something to contribute to the person who took their time to post that NZB on this site for you.
