Complete Fucking Bullshit

So, in the hallways on Thursday I was walking to English when this guy just bumped into me. No problem. I said exuse me and kept walking then he turned and said "God damn boy, y'all can chase down Zebra's but can't walk straight" So, I hit him........several times in the face and when he fell I kept on hitting him until the secruity came.(he's white, I'm black. go figure)

I get to the principals office and the white guy tells him everything and I am the only one that is suspended because I am the only one that hit anybody. The only reason this bothers me is because 2 months ago, one of my best friends, David beat this kid into a hospital for telling a joke that involved a Jew and a oven. The guy David beat up had to get his jaw wired shut and David did not even get a slap on the wrist.

The only good thing is that my suspension is added to the end of my Chrismas break.

Maybe you shouldn't have freaked out on him like that. Yes, what he said was wrong and hurtful and fucking stupid. And yes, I would have wanted to beat his face inwards also. Doesn't make it right. But I guess this doesn't help much now.

Just don't do something like this again if he tries to come back with another racial comment.

The race card makes it diffrent. While what he said may be hurtful its not indicitave of the wholesale slaughter attributed to Jews being put in Ovens. So where you get a slap on the wrist instead of getting hauled off to jail for assault, he gets nothing because of how the inequality in america works.

Sometimes i wish they would give everyone equal rights and get rid of hate crimes unless its an actual hate crime but then if everyone had them equal rights, eveyone would bitch because "IM special, i need MORE rights".

So chalk it up to the bullshit system.

It sounds like you overreacted a LOT to me. Hitting the guy not only wont change his mind, but now you simply look like a criminal. Are you trying to imply because he made fun of blacks you got in trouble, but the other guy who beat up the guy making fun of Jews didn't get in trouble, that YOU got in trouble because of racial issues?

What I said was the only reason I got upset at getting in trouble is because the Jewish guy that beat up the other guy did not get in trouble. I understand that I deserved the suspinsion, but I don't think it is fair for me to get in trouble and not my friend, the Jewish guy.

That's pretty shitty man. Be glad for your friend, and don't punch people in places other people frequent. Stop worrying about how "other people get over" because THEY DO. All races and people can get over on others sometimes.
