Complaining of a headache..?

[Mommy to a 2yr old]

My daughter is 2 years old and just woke up saying "Head hurt." So I am assuming she has a headache.
Is there anything I can do to relieve her? I don't want to give her Motrin unless necessary, so what else can I do?
