Is there a way to complain about a mailman's tardiness? It seems that my mailman is constantly late. Every once in a while the mailman actually delivers the mail in the afternoon but somehow it seems that checking the mail at 5pm is too early now! I just came back from the mailbox with my dog and the mailman just got there! I have never heard of the mail running that late. Is there a way to complain about this? Does anybody else receive their mail this late?
