Compare suzuki sv650s and kawasaki ex650r.?

I want to start riding and i know people are gonna tell me that they suggest the ninja 250r for beginners, but i can't find any for sale around my area. So can someone give me there personal opinions about these two bikes and how they are. Can you give me your height so i can compare with myself. i am 5' 8" 150lbs. my legs are about 30 inches. thnx a lot. the more detailed the better =] WHO WANTS FIVE POINTS!!!
