Dally's The kid that gets what he wants no matter what. He's the tough guy.
Johnny on the other side is the shy one who's usually scared. He doesn't what to get invovled an anything that could end up in a fight.
They Both are extremely loyal. Both Dally and Johnny would do anything to help a friend. They did when Ponyboy went into the fire. And Dally helped then when they need to get out of town.
Johnny was Ponyboys best friend, while Dally was more of a protective older brother.
