...failure, check cable? This is the flashing screen says: Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 082)

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM.
so i restart it...then sometimes it says
A disk read error occured
Press ctrl+alt+del to restart

i have no idea what happened or what this means, or most importantly HOW TO FIX IT!
