My fiance is being deployed to Iraq, and we're getting married before he leaves, so we are trying to find a portrait studio that can take engagement and wedding pictures for us. I know Sears and J.C Pennys both have studios. Does anyone know of any other portrait studios like this? Chain ones or ones that are in Pittsburgh, PA? Does anyone have any idea what places like these would charge? Also, I know you aren't supposed to, but can you scan and copy and print the pictures? I've heard some have a glare that makes it impossible. I'm looking for inexpensive places. Thanks much!
I could say the same thing for portrait photographers at places like Sears and J.C. Pennys. The places I have looked at charge around $30 per page with pictures on it. All they do is print it at that point. I mean, I'd already be paying fees for sitting and having them take the pictures, why the exorbitant prices on picture sheets too? Especially if I want more than one pose? To me, that is stealing. You're already paying for that, then charge you that much for paper and ink? THAT is stealing. I just want some picture of me and my future hubby before he goes to Iraq. Get over it...
