common law separation?

I was with my ex partner for 7 years,it was my decision to move out of the home in (jan 2009). Both of our names are still on the mortgage, i did not and still do not pay any money towards the household bills or mortgage, he has let me take all the furniture etc, am i entitled to half of the money from the sale of the house? If not what am i entitled too?

Do what is right, you may be entitled to whatever but only take what you have put into if you ask me.
