The online discount doesn't apply if you don't do the 2 year agreement. You may want to talk to you cellphone provider to see if you can still get some type of discount for buy a new phone (this may require you to sign another contact from the date of new purchase). I hope this answered your question.
 
Okay so I'm wanting a new phone and of course I'm going to try to get it as cheap as possible. I was looking at the htc pure(touch) and the no commitment pricing is $344.99. If I buy it I am going to purchase it online and it says that the online discount would be $199.98. I was wondering if it would give me the online discount since im not doing the 2 yr contract(bc I already have one). It's a whole lot cheaper with the online discount and it is going to suck if I cant get it. Answers would be great. thanks a bunch:)
