Commercial and Advertising Art College Help?

Hi,
I am very interested in the major of commercial and advertising art and graphic design. Also, I know that this major is nothing like com/ ad art but i am also interested in psychology. I am hoping to find a university or a large college because I would like the school to have a large attendance (I want a good college experience). I would also like to stay as far east as possible because I live in RI. Because of this I want to get out of the state so no RISD
