ok im in command prompt and when i get into the dr /s file and i type in rd /s "directory specified" it says that the system cannot find the file specified.. what do i do then? im tying to flush the computer because when it goes to the windows start up screen it freezes, im in safe mode signed in as administrator.. please help!!
