I am an assistant brown belt instructor at my dojo. Each week our Sensei would give us an assignment due the next week. They used to be things like 'what would a black belt mean to you' but lately they've become more and more about coming up with new games and drills. This is the 6th time this summer he's given us this assignment, and I'm completely out of ideas. Any pointers on how to come up with good energizing drills or areas that drills should focus on would be greatly appreciated. I don't want specific drills, just ways to come up with good, energizing ones. Thanks guys.
